PRICES

The price for the goods will be as specified on this website at the date of our acceptance of your order. Prices displayed for products and services are exclusive of VAT.

ORDERS

Orders placed via the website will be automatically confirmed by email. Orders placed by other means will be processed upon receipt but will not be confirmed unless specifically requested.

Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd. reserves the right to decline to accept any order(s), without providing any explanation, and will, within 24 hours of receipt of orders, inform the customer.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In the unlikely event of items not being available for immediate despatch, Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd will immediately notify the customers who shall have the right to cancel or change the order, in which case any credit card transaction, if applied, will be reversed within 24 hours of notification.

RISK AND TITLE OF GOODS

The risk of loss of, or damage to the products shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery. Title of Goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due to Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd have been received in full.

CLAIMS

Claims for short or incorrect delivery, or damage to the components, must be made in writing or email to info@trade-only.co.uk within five days from receipt of goods.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payments shall be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or BACs, (funds required to be cleared before goods are despatched).

SPECIFICATIONS

On this website, specifications are, to the best of our knowledge correct. We do, however, reserve the right to alter them without prior notice if absolutely necessary. All manufacturers part numbers shown are for reference only unless otherwise stated.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd shall not be liable in respect of claims arising by reason of death or personal injury, except in so far as the death or injury is attributable to a failure by Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd to exercise reasonable care.

Further, under no circumstances whatsoever shall Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd be liable for losses specific to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect losses, work required in connection with the removal or change of defective goods and the installation of repaired or substituted goods, loss of profits, damage to property or wasted expenditure. Without prejudice to this condition, where goods are supplied for the purpose of a business, Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd ‘s liability, whether in respect of one claim or the aggregate of various claims (other than for claims for death or personal injury to the extent that the same is caused by a failure of Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd to take reasonable care), shall not exceed £1,000,000 and the customer agrees to insure adequately to cover claims in excess of such amount.
