Delivery, Returns & Refunds

DELIVERY

Our regular method of delivery is by carrier, for which the following terms and conditions apply:

Standard next day delivery rate: All orders of in stock items accepted by 4pm between Monday and Friday are delivered next working day. The following exceptions apply: For deliveries and transport cost to Non-Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world, please contact us. Customers must refuse acceptance of delivery of parcels which appear damaged. For non-stock items, please allow up to 5 working days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Goods will only be accepted back with authorisation from Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd and with proof of purchase in the form of the original delivery note or invoice. Customers must contact Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd by email or phone to obtain authorisation prior to return.

Items will only be accepted if they are unused and fit for immediate re-sale. The packaging is sealed and in good condition. You must supply the receipt or other proof of purchase (order confirmation emails will not be sufficient for these purposes). You should obtain proof of postage.

Non-faulty items returned to us under the conditions detailed above are subject to the following:

• A restocking fee may be charged for non-stock items ordered directly from one of our suppliers. For example: A supplier may charge Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd. a 25% restocking charge to take an item back and we may also need to pay for the cost of returning it (normally by courier). These costs have to be passed back to the original purchaser where items are not faulty.
• The risk of returning a non-faulty item(s) shall be at your cost.
• Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd. will examine returned items and will process any refund owed to you within 30 days. The price of the items will be refunded less any applicable delivery/collection or restocking charges Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd. may incur.

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the following (unless faulty):

• Special Order/Made to measure items.
• Specially sealed packages that have been opened on sensitive electronic items (e.g. boiler printed circuit boards).
• Items that have been fitted.

RISK AND TITLE OF GOODS

The risk of loss of, or damage to the products shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery. Title of Goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due to Trade Only Plumbing Supplies Ltd have been received in full.

CLAIMS

Claims for short or incorrect delivery, or damage to the components, must be made in writing or email to info@trade-only.co.uk within five days from receipt of goods.
